    Say I want to have a box on different html pages but in the same location that displays different content for each page. For example you could have a "colors" box and there could be a "red" page and a "blue" page. I'm not referring to a textbox, just an area for text. Is a linked CSS template the best way to go about this?

    I'm getting a blackjack in a couple of weeks and was wondering something about the web browser. If it doesn't have a touch screen, how do you navigate through the many links and text boxes that web pages usually have? Do you have to tab through every single link on a page to get to one on the bottom?

    I'm currently trying to write a survey, and I'm a little stuck. The survey is supposed to be 15 pages and I'm currently on the first page. the relevant html code is : -- survey form info -- When I submit the form, the relevant data is sent to my default.php file, which shows up on the screen. What I really want to do is have the form send data to my php file, and go to another static html link. (in effect, skipping the php part from showing on the screen) This other link will be my next page, and I would plan on using the same default.php file for that one, and so on, until the end of the survey where I put output the answers into a text file. So basically, is there any way to post data to a php file (which won't be seen) while the page links to another html page? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I have tried many sites and they have worked in a way. I will get a text message with the link and download and then i can listen to it and stuff. But there is no option anywhere to "save" it to my phone and use it as a ringtone. How do i get the save option to appear or get rintones onto my phone without getting a usb cable or bluetooth for my laptop. I have a Nokie 6265i and i am under telus mobility.

But the thing is, I was kinda upset that he didn't do it himself. So a couple of hours later, about 12 something in the morning (ps. the incident happened at about 10pm) I sent him a text message saying " It's touching how "your friend" broke up with me. If you don't want to be with me, that's fine. But be a man and say it yourself." I don't know why I did that. I just felt like he owed it to me to say it his self. Anyway, he's a good person and all and I want to be friends. Should I call him and tell him that? Do you think I went too far sending that text? Also, I kind of feel bad at the fact that I didn't feel bad about the break up. ?2 hours ago ?- 3 days left to answer.     I have been talkin to this guy gor about a month. His job consists of traveling. He has a very busy schedule. (Rookie Mlb player) Well this past week 1/2 it felt like he was being more distant.. so was i. He texted me on sunday night talked for a while and he asked if i wanted to come over. it was 1030 so i said it was a little late tomorrow? No response. (he just gotten in on his flight. Well i texted him yesterday he was being very short.. SO again for the fist time i wrote him again today and asked what he was doing tonight. He said flying home.. will be back friday. I asked if he would like to hang out friday then. His response was YA WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN THE PAST 3 DAYS? SO i told him, and told him i figured he was busy i didnt wanna bother him. Well this was 30min bfore his game.. now its the next day no response. But what do you think he is thinking?Does he feel for me?Will he text back? Was that YA in the text for hanging out friday? I am so confused what should i do?

    This is probably a backwards way to go about doing this, but I am very, very, very new to the whole webpage design thing. I'm trying to put together something for work, and I'm getting frustrated. I have a notepad document where I'm trying out different codes and tags and such. So far, i can manipulate text (color or size), change the background color, add links, and add images. My problem is that I can only get the tag to work if I have the exact web location and whole URL for an image. I know that I need to create an "images" subdirectory so that I can shorten the tags and pull the images directly from my own collection, but I can't figure out what my main directory is. HELP!!!!!! Grrrr....>:o

    Within our group of friends we all have pairs. So if there was any paired work in class we would all go with those people. So technically we're best friends within a big group of friends. Except Becky who i'm best friends with seems to be acting real nasty to me. I've beem having major family problems & I explained them to her and she seemed as if she couldn't be bothered. We came out of our tutor class & she walked off with these other 2 girls, she looked me in the eye & started giggling with them. She actually walked off completely & left me to walk to class on my own. We always walk home together and for some reason she completley blanked me at the end of the day & walked with someone else. I've been racking my mind for a reason why she's doing this? Im actually clueless on what i've done. Normally I find something linked with it.. but I've been acting real normal. I sent her a text asking her what I did but she hasnt replied. I know theres going to be tention tomorrow.

    I had a weird dream about this symbol, as a pendant. It was an oval/circle shape, three silver circles inside eachother. They were linked by lines, making it look almost like a spider's web. And in the very center was a ruby red gem. In the dream, a group of us were fighting to get to it before this other group did. It was hidden inside of an ancient book. The text was not from this time and didnt look like any kind i know. The book was golden, but the pendant was silver. I do not know what it means, but i keep having this dream and it seems important, because it is the only dream i remember from the last four months. I was wondering if anyone knows what this may be? What this book could be, or the symbol? Please let me know if you have any idea. Thanx.

    I have been studying Robert Fludd, an alchemist in the 1700s and he did a diagram of the connection of the third eye to the "higher worlds". However, all the text in the diagram is written in what I believe to be Latin. Here's the phrases I couldn't translate using an online translator: Ethar uirtus fundatu in extrema Cerebri parte et in Spinali medulla hic amina est vmbra terrae (theres an accent mark over the a but i don't know how to do that here) vmbra ignus Mundi elementa & elementara there's a good chance i spelled some of those words wrong because the picture is rather hard to read. if need be i can put a link up to the picture. thanks for your help!

    its from a math power 10 western Edition text on pg. 268 Question 31, its really giving me some trouble and I have a test tomorrow :(!! The question gives you the coordinates of "A" which in this case is (2,2) and tells you to find the coordinates of "B" that is unknown, but you need to make the line(slope) equal to in this case "1", A basic explanation would be great! (please don't leave and site links unless there direct and answer this question fully)

    I understand that a fan site can use names and references, but can't copy original text or images. If I made an online game as a fan-site for a popular fiction book, without using any original text, images, or video, (only character names), and included references to the book's author and copyright holder, am I violating copyright laws or does this fall under "fair use"? What if the book's owner has sold the right to someone else to produce and sell a game? Do I need the author's permission to produce a game inspired by their book? I would apreciate reference links to the appropriate laws if you know them. Thanks!

    I don't have a cell phone, so this guy I really like sent me a link so that I could text him from my computer.Every night while he's at work I send him a text, I know he's at work so he can't text back, but I worry that he will get annoyed with me bothering him at work all the time. If he didn't want me to text him, he wouldn't have given me the link, right?

    i was looking over questions about the iphone, and one asked how to unlock it, and this was the answer "Press and hold both power and home button. The phone will turn off, (DONT LET GO YET)... wait for it to turn back on, once it has let go of the power button, continue to hold down the home button until the itunes and wire picture pop up. Now let go and plug it into your computer. Ignore iTunes if it comes up, open ZiPhone (the link i posted above) check the following boxes: unlock, activate, (jailbreak if you want to) and debug. Click run. Wait for it to do its thing (you will see alot of white text on your phone... ) When its done it will restart your phone and your done. Enjoy." what does debug mean... in this case?

    hi, here is a link to my page: http://fddc.987mb.com/region01.htm the text, "text test" is supposed to be under the map div and the sidebar div, but it goes into the bottom of the sidebar div even though it is after the . how do i fix this? also, since i float both divs, please try reducing the size of the browser window and see what happens (the sidebar moves to underneath the map div instead of to the right of it), how can i fix this? help is greatly appreciated. what do you mean the div is not closed? does not close the div? thanks for the replies... removing the first div did not fix it. oops i mean removing the float style attribute of first div did not fix it

    I recall reading somewhere that the "health professionals" AMA etc. have changed what is "normal" regarding; body temperture, cholesterol level and blood pressure for example. As in the 1930's or 1900's it was not 98.6 degrees. For this question let us just stay with body temp. Can anyone find a link to support this or have read this before in one of their text books?
