    Okay, I know this is a silly question for those of you who are tech savvy, but I am new to buying domains, etc. I am trying to purchase a domain name, and I am buying the email boxes that go along with it and am wondering if I need the hosting? Is hosting a way to make web pages or a program that turns pages into Internet pages? I am not being silly, I really don't know. Can anyone explain to me exactly what I need to buy when I register this domain name? I want my site to be fully functional with blogs, links, forums, search boxes, etc. Thanks for your help.     ok my dog has been pregnant for 5-7 weeks she is a shih tzu poodle. this last week she refuses to eat . at first she stopped eating her kibble so i mixed it with rice and beef. the first day she loved it then on the second day she didnt want it so i fed her just the rice,ground beef,and veggies, she ate it, BUT the past few days she wont eat anything.! i tried to switch the rice with beef for chicken soup (wich sh usualy loves) she smelled it and walked away it worries me because she needs her nutrition because i know that if she doesnt eat right the puppies are going to take vitamins from her body and she will get sick. i dont know if its normal but she hasnt eaten for 5 days i searched the web and they say its dog morning sickness but i think its taking too long!

    Just recently I hung out with my friends and I tried my first Nos energy drink. I thought it was pretty good and figure that id probably get more. I went on the internet to search for their "site" and when i did that i also came across web pages sayin that Nos Energy drink is bad for people. Is it really that dangerous?. i understand the high amount of caffeine for a little person but im 17 and weigh 180 pounds. so i figure it cant affect me that bad. So is there a limit to how much to drink that stuff. Like would it be bad to go out and have 2 one night or what? What are some of the serious side affects of too much caffiene that could cause "death" (said in a web page about it)

    I've used yahoo search, google search, and msn search. Once I click on a link that the search engine provides, it instead redirects me through a site "x-max.net" and it takes me to a page that does not resemble what I had clicked on previously. However, if I physically type in the web address instead of just clicking on the search result, it takes me directly to the site I want. Is there a third party redirecting me? Possible virus? Anyone have any similar experiences? (I have XP professional)

    I WAS CHECKING MY CREDIT ON FREECREDITREPORT.COM AND FOUND OUT I OWE 893.00 TO NCO/INOVISION-MEDCLR.WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? AND HOW DO I FIND OUT THEIR NUMBER TO CALL...I TRIED TO GOOGLE IT AND WEB SEARCH BUT I CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING UNDER THAT SPECIFIC NAME. whats crazy is that i am 20 years old now and it says the account opened in 2002 which that would make me 14!! who would credit me for $900.00!?!?!....so weird!

    I'm trying to find a computer game I read about on wikipedia a while ago. Unfortunately, the page has been deleted and I can't remember the title of the game. The game was a fantasy RPG, released in either the late '90's or early 2000's, and featured a number of character classes. There was also the option to multiclass and such characters were given specific titles. For instance, a multiclass thief + spellcaster was dubbed a 'warlock'. I've tried numerous web searches but I'm just not having any luck.

    I entered my Telephone number into the Google search box and I found details of my Name, Address, Date of Birth, Credit card number, Expiry date and 3 digit security code via a Vietnamese web page. I experienced problems relating to this card a few month ago and it was cancelled by the Bank following suspicious activity on Ebay/Paypal. The card details are of no use to anyone but I am extremely concerned about all my personal details being on the Web like this. Is there any official body I can contact about this?

    My sony vaio vgn-fe770g has a intel core 2 CPU with 1.83GHz. I was looking at new computers on ebay to possible buy. But the other one i thought i wanted has 2GHz CPU. Is it worth it to buy a new computer to go from 1.83GHz to 2GHz? or is 1.83GHz ok? My laptop (besides the 1.83GHz) has 2GB RAM and a 200.0 GB SATA/150 7200 RPM 9.5mm 12MS 16MB hard drive. Is that a ok computer? (its made of real flimspy cheap plastic too, which i hate). But is it good for me? I need it to do online schooling, search the web, having multiple web pages going at once, to chat, to watch movies and listen to music, and all the basic stuff (not for playing games or anything). And it has Windows XP Media edition. Is it a ok computer? Is it worth getting a new one for .17GHz more? Its a Sony Vaio VGN-FE770G

    Hellow, after seeing death note the first day I was glad, as I found out the day after that they were playing the second one that day.     Why is it that on EVERY job web site there are adds for everyone saying they are hiring. but in fact they are not! and over half of the places havent hired in over 3 weeks. and yet new adds pop up everyday. i been looking for a damn job for 3 weeks now. i done over 50 aplications and NO 1 is hiring. I even went to the state web site for jobs and nothing. i find a lil job here and there but theyre all jobs for people wh o have 3 years of experice. And all those big name companys also. Like walmart. target, K mart , MCdonalds. ALL of them NOTHING. I love how this country demands we make money but not have jobs for anyone to make some. i call back on my aplications almost every day too. also over 70 percent of the places here are all online

    I am wanting to update to SP3 but dont have a lot of hard drive space so I was told to uninstall the 2 I have on there before downloading SP3 when I tried to uninstall them I keep getting a message saying unable to uninstall because may affect other software and then a final message that says there was an error when it was installed and that goes for both SP1 3.0 and SP1 2.0. I have windows XP Home Edition , only 512 RAM and only 28.7 GB hard drive so I need all the space on my drive that I can spare as you can see. My PC is my source of income as I work from home so someone please help if you can. Someone Please help me I am about to lose my mind as I have been trying to figure this out for 3 days now and have searched everywhere on the web for an answer. Thanks.

    Hi all. I am at a loss with this question. I have googled various different questions and also searched on here but cannot find an answer. Please Help!! I have a system that has been working fine but has now decided to stop. I have Windows Vista ultimate installed with a Belkin Wireless G+ Desktop Card for my LAN Connection. I formatted and re-installed Windows about a week ago and now I cant get a stable connection to the internet. I am using a Netgear router for the internet and my HP laptop is connecting with no problems. As a benchmark I have just downloaded a 2MB pdf file and it has taken 6mins 41secs. On my laptop it does it in 1 min and that is during a slow period. Also web pages take forever to load up. My signal strength is very good but it is just the internet connection. Like I said it only stated happening once i reinstalled windows. Any and all answers are appriciated. Thanks in advance Jonathan Just to clarify. I am not using any download software on the PC. It is a fresh install on Vista. The Download speed on my laptop os around 400kb/s so I know that the internet is not to blame.

In the last 6 and a half years, America has also been going down the road to dictatorship. Many politicians in America want to do to Americans exactly what the British government has done to their subjects. Do Americans still have the same will to remain free that they did in 1776? Do we care enough to stop fascism from coming to America just as it has now come to Britain?

    I'm a junior in highschool, and I may even go to college for art direction. I have a years experience with the Mac computer itself. I use it at school I never used a macbook pro. Is the money worth it?? Keep in mind I need a computer for video editing, music, portfolio stuff, slideshows, to be able to write scripts and things, search the web, and also use an art software like photoshop. The reason i am opting for the laptop instead of the computer is for portability. Overall are they the same? Also I am not going to be wasting a bunch of money on the ram and stuff ( I'll buy that seperate so its cheaper)< >
