    i will be taking U.S History in June,and have just started on the review by reading the ENTIRE text book.I've come to realize that its kind impossible to keep up with the amount of pages I'll have to read everyday with all the school works.my question is will studying SATII Prep.books ALONE and reading through my NOTES help me ACE the test,because i heared that the test have many questions about specific people instead of general trends?? I'm currently also studying Sparknotes SAT II U.S History. your help is deeply appreciated=)

    ok so i am doing my first real build from scratch. for my processor i am going to get an intel core 2 duo. i believe it is the 8400. speed is 3.0Ghz and it uses the new 45nm technology. so i want to get an asus motherboard and only one has said specificly that it is compatible with it. i have also read a lot of reviews on several different MB's and most of them are talking about the problems they have had. so if anyone could suggest which one i need...that would be sweet.. oh and i need it to be SLI ready

Well i checked my status and it said deferred until reviewed..and like they have different categories where they can put u in..like they have pending..or deferred by itself..im just confused and anxious because i really want to go to that school.

All the reviews I have read for converters the customer complained about it being blurry. What kind of video quality will I get?

    I'm an avid gamer on my free time, but one of the most frustrating feelings in the world is not being able to host games or having slow path downloads because of my router. i tried forwarding all the right ports but to no success. i heard of a program called pf config that forwards the router for me. Any reviews on this or recommendation's on a new router thats pre-gamer set. I have used port forwarding.com and although it works, it took up so many forwarding spots on my router that i couldnt fit more than one game

    Hello...I'm just over 4 months pregnant and today my Doc diagnosed me with Bacterial Vaginosis and prescribed me with the oral form of Metronidazole. I've been reading mixed reviews on the safety of this drug - most say it's safe after the first trimester, but I hate taking chances with medicine. Anyone have any experience taking this during pregnancy? Thank you! To Ms. Hart - did you also take the oral form? Because I thought that could go to the baby since the medication will go into my bloodstream?

    Well, I'm in grade 8 now, and next year, I'm in high school. I think that this year is extremely important. What are ways to improve our memory? Like for example, is there anything that will help me memorize my notes after one time of reviewing all my notes in class? How can i stay focused in school and concentrate? My average is an 88%, but I think it shouldn't have been that because my family traveled at the end of October to the end of November (around six weeks). I missed half of the first term, and I got that average. How can I improve my grades? Is there any lifestyle I can follow? I like going on the computer and go on fanfiction.net ( I love reading and writing stories,. It helped me improve my grade in language). So, if anyone has any answers, please tell me!     I think this would be something that could improve Answers and further, I think plenty would volunteer their time. At home, spend a few hours a week actually reviewing the things reported on Answers. We all know of completely ridiculous instances of violations being rendered. If there were actual users doing the reviewing, the number of Troll-caused violations might decrease. To maintain fairness, it could be set up so that 2 or 3 random "Monitors" had to agree before issuing a violation. It's obvious something is needed to tweak the Violations procedures. What are your thoughts on my idea? Thanks!

Am I just paying more because it's a Sony or is there a comparable Onkyo thats cheaper? I would like 3+ 1.3 HDMI outputs, Sirius compatibility, top of the line up/down converts, and 3+ optical outputs. Most of the other features like the Dolby TrueHD I don't know what they are but I like quality sound so I probably need them. Should I just spend the extra money?

    A friend of mine brought it up, saying it sounds promising but when I tried to research it nothing really comes up besides the website and some review sites. I'm looking for reviews from actual users, because it doesn't seem "promising" to me. I am against diet pills I don't think they work, and this one seems just as much a scam as all the others. I'm writing this question for my friend because she just wants to see if there's anyone out there who can actually back this pill up, I'm kind of betting her there's not lol.

    I have a professor who is from India. She talks about how her mother comes to America to visit her and the mother thinks Americans are immoral people or contaminated because of her Muslim religion. I went to her office today to return a book she let me borrow a few weeks ago. Since the first exam instructions are unclear, I asked her if she was going to be giving a review for the exam next week. She gave me a hateful look and shut her door kind of hard. It was really embarrassing. I couldn't think of what I might have done to offend her. I don't know. I notice that she acts awkward with students when they ask questions but fairly nice. I was wondering if maybe there is a cultural barrier in this case between Muslims and non Muslims. Considering she talks about how her mother won't even use silverware here and evidently thinks Americans are bad. I think I'm just going to keep a low profile in her class. Shouldn't professors be accessible? Is there anything wrong with asking if there will be a review? I walked away feeling like I did something terribly wrong.

In breeds in which markings vary by individual, Spot the Second might have spots in places that Spot the First did not, and vice versa. Would you want a cloned dog? (If the price was right) Edit : No way for me I see something different physically and personality wise in every dog I have and I enjoy that the most. It would spoil all my fun of seeing what they will end up looking like.

    If the Human Resource manager says "We are currently reviewing the applications. We will notify all students by February 15th." Does this mean that everyone who applied for the internship will be notified either way or only the people selected for the internship will be notified?     Allright i have a very difficult question for you.I love dogs, and my parents decided to finally get one!!!So..i was fond of the beagle breed but i checked it out and this breed is rather noisy...My mom is a little bit strange..We live in an appartment we dont care about the size of the dog, we want it to be trained easily and to somehow protect the appartment. We have a huge balcony (it is like our living room) and we live in a suburb 20 minutes from the center(ATHENS).Only residential area, just the train.We would like a dog which could also be left alone for 5-6 hours a day!!!In the reviews i found through the net the best is the labrador retriever and the beagle..What would you suggest????????(Please dont tell me about terrier and those curly dogs like poodle).I wanted a cat for this family but my nephews seem to have allergic problems so..i gave it up!!!Please help chose the best!!

    I don't want to shell out $15.00,when you can get a different brand much cheaper. I did some research on U tube on this,and I found that if you get the Monistat Chafing Cream it works just as good. I really don't have a problem with my eye shadows,I have read the reviews about this type of primer. It makes your eye makeup last! I am on a budget,so I have to be real picky about my eye shadow primer.So,anything below that price would be appreciated! Thanks!! Nothing wrong with being frugal. ....

    I drive for sometimes two hours in the morning (live 30 miles from job but Miami traffic?imagine my frustrations), in and out of meetings, reviewing reports, talking to people, and then sit in another two hour traffic jam. When I get home I don?t do anything because I?m exhausted. So on Fridays I never, ever make plans to go out. I?m just not my usual fabulous self. I?m grouchy, I?m sleepy, and everyone annoys me (just being honest here). My wonderful man decided on his own to make plans for us to have dinner and go to a club with a few friends. No phone call to me to see if I would be ok with it, even though he knows how I feel about going out on Fridays. Had he asked me, I probably would have gave in and said sure?maybe left work early so that I?m not in traffic which would have put me in a better mood. So you decide: should I stand my ground and tell him I?m upset that he did this which would probably ruin the evening? Or should I stop being a diva and just get over it? I?m not married so I guess that saves me $99 filing fee Wow thanks for all of the responses. It sounds like the general consensus is that I should stop being a diva. But I am taking an extra shot of tequila in the name of everyone here that FORCED me to go out?maybe even three (woe is me) LOL

    I just got a letter back from a college that i applied to. The letter said they couldnt accept me in the sports management field because only forty students can be in that program. The letter then went onto say that the admissions committee is willing to consider my application in other fields if i send it back to them within one week. Does this mean that I have a good chance of getting in since theyre willing to accept me into another field? If i wasn't going to get would I have been rejected? Have they even reviewed my application yet or have I waited 3 weeks for nothing?< >
